Croissant red velvet
Red velvet cake is one of the most favorite desserts in North America and Montreal in particular. Hector Jimenez-Bravo fell in love with it from his first visit to Canada. Naturally, he brought his favorite recipe to Ukraine. So now we have famous cake reference even in the croissants menu. Red velvet croissant has a rich red color. Inside you’ll find a gentle cream cheese with natural vanilla, outside — an elastic puff pastry. A croissant is decorated with the crumbs of red biscuit, as in the original cake recipe.
